Depression

If you often notice feelings of hopelessness, loneliness, and exhaustion, or have found yourself less able than usual to be an active participant in your life, you may be in relationship with depression. I support folks with persistent feelings of negativity or suicidal ideation with a warm, comforting space to thoughtfully explore these feelings. I believe that in order to make empowered change you must first acknowledge what is, so my first effort will be to really see you, to meet you wherever you are. With a foundation of trust, I will help you create distance between You and Depression, resource yourself, and begin taking steps towards a more connected and joyful life.
